陰道分娩產(chǎn)婦護理中實施預見性護理的效果對產(chǎn)后出血的影響分析

【摘要】目的：分析預見性護理在陰道分娩產(chǎn)婦中的價值，及對產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后出血的影響。方法：抽取2021年1月—2021年12月間在我院接受陰道分娩的產(chǎn)婦60例作為本文的觀察對象，并根據(jù)抽簽法將其分成各有30例的對照組以及研究組，分別接受常規(guī)護理以及預見性護理，對比兩組不同的護理價值。結果：產(chǎn)后出血量，研究組的產(chǎn)后2h出血量以及24h出血量均少于對照組，對比差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05），而護理后，研究組負性情緒評分明顯低于對照組，對比差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P

陰道分娩是臨床多見分娩方式，即胎兒經(jīng)產(chǎn)道娩出，又稱“自然分娩”，相比剖宮產(chǎn)來講，更有利于術后恢復和乳汁的分泌，同時該分娩方式不會于女性腹部留有瘢痕，也不會在子宮留有瘢痕，降低胎盤植入等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生風險，安全性較高，是目前臨床主要推崇的分娩方式。（剩余3770字）
