【摘要】目的：探討影響婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理效果的分析以及護(hù)理對策情況。方法：分別抽取我院婦產(chǎn)科的不同時(shí)間的患者各100例，對照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組分析影響婦產(chǎn)科的護(hù)理效果因素并實(shí)施相應(yīng)的護(hù)理對策。結(jié)果：觀察組的不良事件發(fā)生率低于對照組，患者術(shù)后康復(fù)時(shí)間（排氣時(shí)間、進(jìn)食時(shí)間、離床活動(dòng)時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間）短于對照組，患者滿意度高于對照組，組間數(shù)據(jù)存在差異性（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the analysis and nursing countermeasures affecting the nursing effect of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods：100 patients at different times in obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital were selected.The control group received routine nursing，the observation group analyzed the factors affecting the nursing effect of obstetrics and gynecology and implemented the corresponding nursing countermeasures.
