【摘 要】目的：探究老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病采用鹽酸氨溴索輔助治療的臨床效果。方法：以我院收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者為例（收治時間為2019年2月至2020年10月），按要求選取108例，均分為對照組（常規(guī)治療）和研究組（鹽酸氨溴索輔助治療），分析對比兩組臨床療效。結(jié)果：研究組治療總有效率顯著更高，且研究組臨床癥狀評分和肺功能指標(biāo)變化也更優(yōu)（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride adjuvant therapy for senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
