【摘 要】目的：為了提升患者用藥安全性以及西藥房管理質(zhì)量，探討西藥房處方調(diào)劑存在不良事件情況以及整體管理效果。方法：15例西藥房處方調(diào)劑存在不良事件納入時(shí)間由2019年1月開(kāi)始，到2021年6月結(jié)束，分析開(kāi)展前后患者對(duì)用藥情況滿意度、不良事件發(fā)生率改善情況。結(jié)果：經(jīng)管理后總不良事件發(fā)生率與管理前對(duì)比，顯著偏低（P

【Abstract】Objective： In order to improve the safety of patients’ medication and the management quality of western pharmacies， to explore the adverse events of western pharmacy prescriptions and the overall management effect.
