【摘 要】目的：探究母嬰床旁護理對初產婦自我護理能力與護理滿意度的影響。方法：挑選2020年7月至2021年8月院內產科分娩的初產婦66例作為研究對象，隨機劃分為參照組與研究組，每組各33例，參照組分娩后給予傳統(tǒng)護理，研究組則給予母嬰床旁護理。觀察比較兩組護理效果。結果：研究組產婦自我護理能力評分優(yōu)于參照組，且護理滿意度明顯高于參照組，差異具備統(tǒng)計學意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To examine the effects of maternal and infant bedside nursing on primary maternal self-care ability and nursing satisfaction.Methods：Sixty six cases of primiparas with in-hospital obstetric delivery from July 2020 to August 2021 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a reference group and a study group with 33 cases in each group， traditional care was given after delivery in the reference group， while in the study group， maternal and child bedside care was given.
