分析病理技術(shù)質(zhì)量控制常見問題與方法對(duì)策

【摘 要】目的：研究病理技術(shù)質(zhì)量控制中常見問題以及改進(jìn)方法。方法：研究時(shí)間2019年5月至2020年5月，回顧分析這一時(shí)間段中院內(nèi)病理技術(shù)質(zhì)量控制管理工作情況，統(tǒng)計(jì)針對(duì)常見問題加強(qiáng)管理前后染色不當(dāng)、檔案不完善、切片缺損等的發(fā)生率，并進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果：加強(qiáng)管理后病理科染色不當(dāng)、檔案不完善、切片缺損等的發(fā)生率均低于加強(qiáng)管理前，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P
