對(duì)比腹腔鏡子宮肌瘤剔除術(shù)與開腹子宮肌瘤剔除術(shù)用于子宮肌瘤治療的臨床效果分析

【摘 要】目的：對(duì)比分析子宮肌瘤剔除術(shù)治療子宮肌瘤期間采用腹腔鏡術(shù)式和開腹式的效果差異。方法：將2019年11月至2020年12月我院收治的50例子宮肌瘤患者分為開腹手術(shù)組（25例，開腹子宮肌瘤剔除術(shù)治療）和腹腔鏡手術(shù)組（25例，腹腔鏡子宮肌瘤剔除術(shù)治療），對(duì)比兩組療效。結(jié)果：兩組在治療總體效果方面腹腔鏡手術(shù)組明顯更優(yōu)，腹腔鏡手術(shù)組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯更低，術(shù)中出血量明顯低于開腹手術(shù)組，住院總時(shí)間等明顯短于開腹手術(shù)組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To compare and analyze the effect difference between laparoscopic operation and open operation during hysteromyomectomy for uterine fibroids treatment. Methods： A total of 50 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were divided into open surgery group （25 cases， open myomectomy treatment） and laparoscopic surgery group （25 cases， laparoscopic myomectomy treatment）， and the efficacy of the two groups were compared.
