【摘 要】目的：研究孕產(chǎn)婦通過社區(qū)護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)其圍產(chǎn)期保健質(zhì)量的影響。方法：于2016年5月至2021年1月自社區(qū)孕產(chǎn)婦中隨機(jī)抽取100例，其中50例僅接受常規(guī)產(chǎn)前檢查與相應(yīng)護(hù)理者作為對(duì)照組，50例在此基礎(chǔ)上增加社區(qū)護(hù)理者作為觀察組，分析比較兩組孕產(chǎn)婦保健知識(shí)知曉度、產(chǎn)前檢查次數(shù)、圍產(chǎn)期保健質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：與對(duì)照組比較，觀察組孕產(chǎn)婦保健知識(shí)總知曉度偏高，產(chǎn)前檢查次數(shù)偏多，住院分娩率與產(chǎn)后健康檢查率偏高，產(chǎn)后出血率、滯產(chǎn)率與產(chǎn)褥感染率均偏低（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of community nursing intervention on the quality of perinatal care of pregnant women.Methods：From May 2016 to January 2021，100 cases were randomly selected from community pregnant women. Among them，50 cases only received routine prenatal check-ups and corresponding caregivers as the control group.On this basis，50 cases who addedcommunity nursing as the observation group， to analyze and compare the knowledge of maternal health care，the number of prenatal examinations，and the quality of perinatal health care between the two groups.Results：Compared with the control group，the observation group had higher overall awareness rate of maternal health knowledge，more times of prenatal check-ups， higher rate of hospital delivery and postpartum health check-ups， and lower rate of postpartum hemorrhage，delayed delivery and puerperal infection， （P
