【摘 要】目的：分析早期乳腺癌手術(shù)治療中運(yùn)用改良根治術(shù)的臨床效果。方法：選取2018年1月至2021年8月在本科室接受手術(shù)治療的早期乳腺癌50例患者作為本次研究的對象，分為對照組和觀察組，每組25例。對照組患者給予根治術(shù)進(jìn)行治療；觀察組患者給予改良根治術(shù)進(jìn)行治療。觀察對比兩組患者手術(shù)后的情況。結(jié)果：觀察組患者治療后的生活質(zhì)量更佳，兩組對比差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】objective： To analyze the clinical effect of modified radical surgery in the treatment of early breast cancer. Methods： A total of 50 patients with early breast cancer who received surgical treatment in our department from January 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study， and divided into control group and observation group， with 25 patients in each group. 乳腺癌就是發(fā)生在乳腺上的癌變，早期乳腺癌患者的癥狀并不典型，一般都是在無意間觸摸到一側(cè)乳房有異常包塊，這種包塊感覺像小石子一樣，沒有移動(dòng)，也沒有疼痛，包塊相對來說質(zhì)地堅(jiān)硬，表面凹凸不平，且邊界不清；還有些患者可能會出現(xiàn)乳頭萎縮，伴有血性分泌物，少部分患者的乳腺像派杰氏病，表現(xiàn)為患者乳頭乳暈，反復(fù)妥協(xié)，潰爛伴有濕疹樣改變。（剩余3467字）
