摘要  咳嗽是一種正常的保護(hù)機(jī)制，用于清除氣管或支氣管中的分泌物和吸入的異物，有效的咳嗽可有效預(yù)防肺部感染和肺不張，然而目前臨床較少有指標(biāo)可用以客觀評(píng)價(jià)病人的咳嗽能力。（剩余11326字）
