Abstract  Objective：To construct the behavior management program for post?stroke fatigue patients based on multi?theory model.Methods：Based on the evidence?based method，systematic literature retrieval at home and abroad，guided by multi?theory model，the first draft of the behavior management program for post?stroke fatigue patients was developed through group discussion，and the final draft was developed after 2 rounds of correspondence consultation with 15 experts by Delphi method.Results：The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert correspondence were 83.3% and 100.0%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.877 and 0.897.And the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.149 and 0.186，respectively（all P<0.001）.The final behavior management program for post?stroke fatigue patients included 2 first?level indicators，6 second?level indicators，and 24 third?level indicators.Conclusions：The behavior management program for post?stroke fatigue patients is scientific，necessary and practical，and it can provide guidance for the behavioral management of post?stroke fatigue patients.
