Construction of the rehabilitation nursing program for postoperative kinesiophobia patients with lumbar disc herniation

Abstract  Objective:To construct the rehabilitation nursing program for postoperative kinesiophobia patients with lumbar disc herniation based on transtheoretical model,and to provide basis for improving rehabilitation exercise compliance of clinical postoperative kinesiophobia patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Based on transtheoretical model,literature search,qualitative interview and clinical practice,the first draft of rehabilitation nursing program for postoperative kinesiophobia patients with lumbar disc herniation was prepared.Two rounds of correspondence were conducted with 18 experts through Delphi method to determine the final scheme.Results:The effective questionnaire recovery rate of the second round of expert correspondence was 100%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.909.The importance of items at all levels ranged from 3.94 to 5.00.And the coefficient of variation ranged from 0.00 to 0.22.Kendall concordances were 0.347 and 0.358(P<0.001),respectively.The final rehabilitation nursing program for postoperative kinesiophobia patients with lumbar disc herniation included 5 first?level items and 20 second?level items.Conclusions:The established  program is scientific and practical,and has guiding significance for improving the compliance of rehabilitation exercise for patients with movement phobia after lumbar disc herniation.
