“沁州黃”谷子質量安全控制技術

摘 要:論述了山西長治特色產(chǎn)品“沁州黃”谷子在種植過程中的質量安全保障措施。從基地條件、種子選擇和處理、播種、施肥、田間管理、適時收獲、貯藏與監(jiān)測等方面提出“沁州黃”谷子種植過程的控制技術,從而保證種植技術科學規(guī)范,保障谷子的質量安全。

Abstract:Quality and safety guarantee measures of“Qinzhou Yellow”millet in the process of planting were comprehensively discussed,which was a characteristic product of Changzhi,Shanxi Province.“Qinzhou Yellow”millet planting process control technology was put forward from aspects of base conditions,seed selection and treatment,sowing,fertilization,field management,timely harvest,storage and monitoring,so as to ensure its planting technology scientific standard,and ensure quality and safety of millet.

0 引言
“沁州黃”谷子,原產(chǎn)于沁縣次村鄉(xiāng)潭山一帶,至今已有5 000年的種植歷史,因其獨特的種植環(huán)境和氣候,其脫皮后所產(chǎn)小米顆粒小、色金黃,具有豐富的營養(yǎng)成分和食用價值,其所含的胡蘿卜素比一般的糧谷含量要高,所含色氨酸可有效調節(jié)人體睡眠,富含大量人們必需氨基酸和不飽和脂肪酸,常食此米可治療脾胃虛弱、反胃嘔吐、腹瀉等,還具有養(yǎng)陰、壯陽、清熱、利尿等功能,對高血壓、皮膚病、炎癥均有一定的預防和抑制作用。(剩余8159字)
