Abstract Curriculum ideology and politics is an important way to implement moral education. The teaching team of plant protection course took the advantages of the time and space flexibility of the online open course, abundant visual teaching resources, and diversified interactive modes to establish the education goals of curriculum ideology and politics, excavate the ideological and political elements, implement the curriculum ideology and politics, and improve the education quality of agricultural students.
