山茱萸化學(xué)成分研究進(jìn)展
摘要 山茱萸是一種重要的傳統(tǒng)中藥材,具有降血糖、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗炎、神經(jīng)保護(hù)、肝保護(hù)、腎保護(hù)、抗菌等多種生物活性。對(duì)山茱萸環(huán)烯醚萜類、鞣質(zhì)類、黃酮類、三萜類、芳香酚酸類、多糖類等化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行綜述,為山茱萸質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)及新品種選育提供參考依據(jù)。

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents of Cornus officinalis

Abstract Cornus officinalis is an important traditional Chinese medicine. It exhibits extensive pharmacological activities including hypoglycemic, antioxidant, antiaging, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, hepatoprotective, nephroprotective and antibacterial activities. This review summarizes the chemical constituents of Cornus officinalis, such as iridoids, tannins, flavonoids, triterpenes, aromatic phenolic acids, polysaccharides, and provides a basis for quality evaluation and breeding of new cultivars.
