江蘇田園綜合體全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈運(yùn)行機(jī)制探討

摘要 分析了田園綜合體全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈現(xiàn)狀，提出在田園綜合體實(shí)施過程中，必須建立田園綜合體產(chǎn)業(yè)融合體系。認(rèn)為需要由政府引導(dǎo)，提供支撐性的保障機(jī)制；以企業(yè)主體，形成市場(chǎng)化經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)制；采取多方合作，建立多元化利益聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制，保障田園綜合體全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈完整、高效和穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

Discussion on the Operation Mechanism of the Whole Industrial Chain of Jiangsu Rural Complex

Abstract This paper analyzes the current situation of the whole industrial chain of the rural complex， and puts forward that the industrial integration system of the rural complex must be established in the implementation process of the rural complex. It is believed that the government should guide and provide a supportive guarantee mechanism; taking enterprises as the main body to form a market-oriented management mechanism; adopt multi-party cooperation， establish a diversified interest connection mechanism， and ensure the complete， efficient and stable operation of the whole industrial chain of the rural complex.
