打造“前導互動式”業(yè)擴辦電服務(wù)新模式

[摘要]傳統(tǒng)的業(yè)擴報裝服務(wù)是由客戶提需求后再辦理,目前該模式已無法滿足用戶的服務(wù)需求。文章提出了“前導互動式”業(yè)擴辦電服務(wù)新模式,與政府相關(guān)部門打通信息共享壁壘,挖掘客戶需求,主動對接服務(wù)。文中提出了具體工作思路、創(chuàng)新舉措,實現(xiàn)電力業(yè)擴工程“提前獲取、專業(yè)介入、配套限時、全程感知”。

[Abstract]The traditional business expansion report installation service is handled after the customer raises the demand. At present,this model can no longer meet the user’s service demand. The article puts forward a new model of “l(fā)eading interactive”business expansion and electricity service,which breaks through information sharing barriers with relevant government departments,taps customer needs,and actively connects services. The paper puts forward specific work ideas and innovative measures to realize the “early acquisition,professional intervention,supporting time limit,and full perception”of the expansion project of the power industry.

為進一步優(yōu)化電力營商環(huán)境,實現(xiàn)辦電企業(yè)客戶報裝“省力、省時、省錢”成效,達到“讓客戶想用電即可接,讓客戶為每個環(huán)節(jié)點贊”的業(yè)擴接電服務(wù)目標,通過梳理現(xiàn)行業(yè)擴流程服務(wù)中的客戶、政府及供電企業(yè)的關(guān)注點、存在問題,按照“以客戶為中心、問題導向、提升效率、全程服務(wù)”思路,對政企聯(lián)動模式、供電服務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)、辦電流程管控、業(yè)擴配套支撐等環(huán)節(jié)進行優(yōu)化,打造從“坐商”到“走商”的業(yè)擴報裝服務(wù)模式。(剩余3686字)
