火力發(fā)電廠汽輪機常見故障分析與檢修研究

［摘要］汽輪機是火力發(fā)電廠的重要生產(chǎn)設備，其能否正常運行將影響著電能正常生產(chǎn)，這就需要及時準確地確定汽輪機故障部位，快速排除故障并恢復生產(chǎn)。文章先對汽輪機故障檢修意義和汽輪機構造與原理進行論述，并對汽輪機常見故障和檢修手段進行分析，最后提出火力發(fā)電廠汽輪機檢修策略，可供相關人員參考。

［Abstract］Steam turbine is an important production equipment in thermal power plant. Whether it can operate normally will affect the normal power production. Therefore，it is necessary to determine the fault position of steam turbine in time and accurately，quickly eliminate the fault and resume production. This paper first discusses the significance of steam turbine fault maintenance and the structure and principle of steam turbine，analyzes the common faults and maintenance means of steam turbine，and finally puts forward the maintenance strategy of steam turbine in thermal power plant，which can be used as a reference for relevant personnel.
