［摘要］隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展，特大城市中諸多新型配電網(wǎng)負(fù)荷節(jié)點(diǎn)呈現(xiàn)出新的無功分布特點(diǎn)。這就要求在規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)階段，以多無功平衡目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向，分層分區(qū)開展精確定量計(jì)算分析，以得出針對(duì)性更強(qiáng)的平衡策略。

［Abstract］With the development of economy and society，many new distribution network load nodes in megacities present new reactive power distribution characteristics. This requires that in the planning and design stage，with the multireactive power balance goal as the guide，accurate and quantitative calculation and analysis are carried out in layers and zones，so as to obtain a more targeted balance strategy.

隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展，特大城市中諸如大型商業(yè)綜合體、IDC數(shù)據(jù)中心等新型城市配電網(wǎng)重要負(fù)荷節(jié)點(diǎn)，呈現(xiàn)出可靠性高、負(fù)荷密度大、波動(dòng)頻繁、電纜規(guī)模龐大、分布式電源接入普遍等新特點(diǎn)，進(jìn)而形成了新的無功分布特征。（剩余2450字）
