農(nóng)配網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目精益管理研究

［摘要］當(dāng)前農(nóng)村用電需求正在不斷增長(zhǎng)，故而為提高農(nóng)村配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行質(zhì)量，降低供電問(wèn)題發(fā)生的可能性，需提升農(nóng)配網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目精益管理水平。文章通過(guò)實(shí)際調(diào)查與分析文獻(xiàn)資料，圍繞農(nóng)配網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目中存在的問(wèn)題展開探討，并重點(diǎn)對(duì)農(nóng)配網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目的精益化管理思路及優(yōu)化措施進(jìn)行分析，旨在為業(yè)內(nèi)人員提供參考。

［Abstract］At present，the demand for electricity in rural areas is increasing. Therefore，in order to improve the operation quality of rural distribution network，reduce the possibility of power supply problems，and improve the lean management level of agricultural distribution network projects，this article focuses on agricultural distribution network projects through actual investigation and analysis of literature. The problems existing in the network project are discussed，and the lean management ideas and optimization measures of the agricultural distribution network project are analyzed in order to provide reference for the industry.
