由35 kV箱變高壓熔斷器引起高壓開關(guān)柜跳閘的事故分析

［摘要］某光伏發(fā)電站35 kV箱變作為光伏逆變器的并網(wǎng)電源，在發(fā)電站中的主要作用是對光伏逆變器發(fā)出的交流電進(jìn)行升壓。在運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)一起高壓熔斷器單相熔斷故障，造成箱變高壓熔斷器套管燒毀、集電線路跳閘的事故，導(dǎo)致35 kV集電線路所連接的逆變器全部停運(yùn)，造成了巨大的電量損失和經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。

［Abstract］A photovoltaic power station 35 kV box boost transformer（hereinafter referred to as box transformer），as the grid-connected power supply of photovoltaic inverter，the main role in the power station is to boost the electricity emitted by the photovoltaic inverter. In operation，a single-phase fuse fault of the high-voltage fuse occurred，resulting in the burning of the casing of the box-changing high-voltage fuse and the tripping of the collector line，resulting in the suspension of all the inverters connected to the 35 kV collector line，resulting in huge power losses and economic losses.

某光伏發(fā)電站批復(fù)裝機(jī)容量為50 MW，每10臺箱式升壓變壓器（以下簡稱箱變）為一回35 kV集電線路，共建設(shè)5回集電線路，每回集電線路容量為10 MW；35 kV箱變配置容量為1000 kVA，高壓側(cè)額定電壓等級為37 kV，低壓側(cè)電壓等級為315 V的雙分裂升壓箱式變壓器，35 kV系統(tǒng)接組標(biāo)號為星形（Y型），在線路非全相運(yùn)行（三相電流不平衡）產(chǎn)生差流后高壓開關(guān)柜零序過流保護(hù)會(huì)動(dòng)作跳閘。（剩余4228字）
