[摘要]文章針對某大兆瓦風(fēng)電主軸,基于有限元軟件建立傳動鏈有限元分析模型。分析主軸與主軸承之間不同的接觸形式和不同的過盈量對主軸極限強度和疲勞損傷的影響,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對某一主軸進行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計。

Finite Element Analysis and Optimization of Main Shaft of Large MW Wind Turbine

[Abstract]For a large MW wind turbine spindle,the finite element analysis model of transmission chain is established based on finite element software. The effects of different contact types and different interference between the main shaft and the main bearing on the ultimate strength and fatigue damage of the main shaft are analyzed,and an optimal design of a main shaft is carried out according to the analysis results.
