澄清池的運(yùn)行常見問題和性能提升改造

[摘要]澄清池在發(fā)電企業(yè)原水預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用較為普遍。有一些澄清池經(jīng)過長期使用,在運(yùn)行上存在各種問題,影響處理水質(zhì)。通過對問題的分析,提出澄清池改造的解決方案。實(shí)踐證明,通過對老舊澄清池的技術(shù)改造,可以增加運(yùn)行水量和改善出水水質(zhì),既節(jié)省工程投資,又不需額外占地,同時(shí)還縮短了工程建設(shè)周期。

Common Problems and Performance Improvement of Old Clarifier

[Abstract]Clarification tank is widely used in raw water pretreatment system of power generation enterprises. After long-term use,there are various problems in operation that affect the treatment of water quality. Based on the analysis of the problems,the projects of improving clarifiers were put forward. Practice has proved that the technical transformation of the old clarifier can increase the running water quantity and improve the effluent quality. The project investment is cut down,and additional occupation are not needed,as well as the construction period of the project is shortened by the solutions.

澄清池在電力行業(yè)進(jìn)行原水預(yù)處理工藝中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,從早期的火力發(fā)電廠化學(xué)水處理設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)規(guī)定(SDGJ2—85)到目前依然執(zhí)行的火力發(fā)電廠設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)規(guī)程[1](DL/T5000—2000)以及發(fā)電廠化學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范[2](DL5068—2014),都把澄清池作為原水預(yù)處理工藝的首選。(剩余4089字)
