鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下“三化一鏈”大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)路徑探究
摘 要:在鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略背景下,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者面對著諸多機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。該文分析當(dāng)前大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)所面臨的困難,并針對性地提出教賽一體化、校企聯(lián)動化和學(xué)創(chuàng)實際化,“啟、思、體、孵”創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育鏈的“三化一鏈”實踐路徑。從根源上助力大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè),培養(yǎng)鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下的高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)家。

Abstract: In the context of Rural Revitalization Strategy, college entrepreneurs are facing many opportunities and challenges. This paper analyzes the difficulties faced by college students in innovation and entrepreneurship, and puts forward the "three transformations and one chain" practice paths of integration of teaching and competition, school-enterprise linkage and actualization of learning and creation, as well as the innovation and entrepreneurship education chain of "enlightenment, thinking, body and incubation". Thus, all this helps college students with innovation and entrepreneurship, so as to cultivate high-quality innovative entrepreneurs in the context of rural revitalization.

實施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略中最為關(guān)鍵的部分并不在于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè),而是在于鄉(xiāng)村人才隊伍的建設(shè)[1]:吸引青年才俊落戶扎根,充分發(fā)揮地方特色產(chǎn)業(yè)、人文歷史底蘊、優(yōu)勢地理區(qū)域等得天獨厚的優(yōu)越條件,引導(dǎo)青年創(chuàng)業(yè)者、企業(yè)家因地制宜地建立起一批符合地方特色發(fā)展需要的新興創(chuàng)新型企業(yè),從而帶動鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟騰飛,為鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展開辟出一條高收益、可持續(xù)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展路徑。(剩余6525字)
