審計(jì)視角下耕地保護(hù)存在問題及對(duì)策建議

摘  要：該文以項(xiàng)目審計(jì)為依托，系統(tǒng)分析耕地保護(hù)政策貫徹落實(shí)中存在的各種問題，深入探究問題產(chǎn)生的原因，提出解決問題的有效措施及審計(jì)建議，筑牢耕地保護(hù)數(shù)量和質(zhì)量紅線，保障糧食安全，為高質(zhì)量發(fā)展奠定農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract： Based on the project audit， this paper systematically analyzes the various problems existing in the implementation of cultivated land protection policy， probes into the causes of the problems， and puts forward effective measures and audition suggestions for solving the problems， so as to build a solid red line for the quantity and quality of cultivated land protection， ensure food security and lay the agricultural foundation for high-quality development.
