10 kV帶電環(huán)境下線纜自適應剝皮器的設計與關鍵部件仿真

摘 要:帶電環(huán)境下線纜剝皮是配網(wǎng)帶電最主要的作業(yè)之一。設計一種適用于10 kV帶電環(huán)境下線纜自適應剝皮裝置,介紹該裝置的結構與工作原理,對其關鍵部件進行有限元分析,驗證其設計合理性并進行拓撲優(yōu)化,提升強度,減輕質量。研究結果表明:所設計的自動剝皮器靈活、高效,極大地提高了線纜的剝皮可靠性及效率。

Design and Simulation of Cable Adaptive Strippers in 10 kV Live Environment

Abstract:Stripping cables in a live environment is one of the most important tasks in a live distribution network. Designes an adaptive peeling device suitable for offline 10 kV live environment. Its structure and working principle are introduced, the finite element analysis of its key components is carried out, the rationality of its design is verified, and topology optimization is conducted for strength reinforcement and mass reduction. The research results show that the designed qautomatic stripper designed is flexible and efficient, which greatly improves the stripping reliability and stripping efficiency of cables.
