微波諧振腔的高精度校準(zhǔn)

摘要:該文介紹了利用高精度氣象參數(shù)測量儀器進行微波諧振腔真空頻率校準(zhǔn)的方法,給出了詳細的計算公式和校準(zhǔn)步驟、條件,并對采用氣象參數(shù)校準(zhǔn)方式標(biāo)定的諧振腔進行了不同條件下的實際測試和比對。測試結(jié)果表明,此種校準(zhǔn)方式可以代替真空校準(zhǔn),且校準(zhǔn)后的諧振腔可以應(yīng)用于實際測量。

High Precision Calibration of Microwave Resonant Cavities

Abstract: This article introduces the method of calibrating microwave resonant cavity vacuum frequency using high-precision meteorological parameter measuring instruments, and provides detailed calculation formulas, calibration steps, and conditions. And actual tests and comparisons were conducted on the resonant cavity calibrated using meteorological parameter calibration under different conditions. The test results showed that this calibration method can replace vacuum calibration, and the calibrated resonant cavity can be applied to actual measurements.
