摘要：波蘭新、舊版《電信法》的頒布實施、修訂，在波蘭電信市場開放進程中是具有里程碑意義的事件。文章旨在介紹波蘭電信局（UKE）的組織架構(gòu)以及其近55年的機構(gòu)演變過程。

Abstract： The promulgation， implementation and revision of Poland's old and new vision Telecommunications Laws is a milestone event in the process of Poland's telecommunications market opening. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the organizational structure of UKE and its evolution in the past 55 years.
