基于價(jià)值工程的數(shù)據(jù)中心液冷與風(fēng)冷比較分析

摘要:文章通過價(jià)值工程的理論方法,比對(duì)浸沒式液冷和常規(guī)型的風(fēng)冷制冷模式,得出浸沒式液冷有著非常明顯的功能指數(shù)的優(yōu)勢,而成本指數(shù)略微偏低,通過有效的改進(jìn)措施,提高液冷的使用效益,倡導(dǎo)液冷技術(shù)的大力發(fā)展。

Comparative Analysis of Liquid Cooling and Air Cooling in Data Center based on Value Engineering

Abstract: This paper compares the immersion liquid cooling with the conventional air-cooled refrigeration mode, and concludes that the immersion liquid cooling has a very obvious advantage of function index, while the cost index is slightly lower. Through effective improvement measures, the use efficiency of liquid cooling can be improved, Advocate the vigorous development of liquid cooling technology.

據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì),預(yù)計(jì)2030年數(shù)據(jù)中心的用電量達(dá)到社會(huì)總用電量的1.5%~2%,而數(shù)據(jù)中心的制冷空調(diào)系統(tǒng)用電量占整個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)中心的30%~50%,制冷空調(diào)系統(tǒng)用電產(chǎn)生的碳排放量巨大[1],故優(yōu)化制冷空調(diào)系統(tǒng)對(duì)減少能源消耗起著關(guān)鍵性的作用。(剩余4231字)
