摘要：在通信光網(wǎng)絡建設過程中，對通信光纜線路進行規(guī)劃設計在很大程度上能夠提高通信光網(wǎng)絡的性能。因此，文章重點闡述了通信光纜線路規(guī)劃設計體系，并針對光纜線路規(guī)劃設計中的關鍵問題進行分析，確保規(guī)劃設計的有效性和可執(zhí)行性。

Abstract： In the process of communication optical network construction， the planning and design of communication optical cable line can improve the performance of communication optical network to a great extent. Therefore， this paper focuses on the planning and design system of communication optical cable line， and analyzes the key problems in the planning and design of optical cable line， so as to ensure the effectiveness and enforceability of planning and design.
