無溶劑雙組分聚氨酯膠粘劑研究動向

摘要：綜述了無溶劑聚氨酯膠粘劑化學(xué)組成與性能，對比水性聚氨酯膠粘劑具有環(huán)保高效的優(yōu)勢，闡述無溶劑聚氨酯膠粘劑從第1代產(chǎn)品到第5代產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展歷程。還對國外近些年在無溶劑雙組分聚氨酯膠粘劑的研究方向和成果作了概述;同時(shí)介紹了目前無溶劑雙組分聚氨酯膠粘劑發(fā)展動向，指出存在的問題及展望。

Abstract：This paper introduced the chemical composition and properties of solvent-free two component polyurethane adhesives. Compared with the advantages of environmental protection and high efficiency of waterborne polyurethane adhesive， the development process of solvent-free polyurethane adhesive from the first generation to the fifth generation was described. The research direction and achievements of solvent-free two-component polyurethane adhesive abroad in recent years are also summarized. At the same time， the development trend of solvent-free two-component polyurethane adhesive was introduced， and the existing problems and prospects were pointed out.
