《浙江白茶加工技術(shù)規(guī)程》（T/CTSS70—2023）團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀

摘要：《浙江白茶加工技術(shù)規(guī)程》（T/CTSS 70—2023）團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)于2023年11月8日發(fā)布，并于2024年2月1日實(shí)施。文章介紹了該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制訂背景，詳細(xì)解讀了術(shù)語、鮮葉原料要求、加工技術(shù)等主要內(nèi)容，分析了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)用性特點(diǎn)，并展望了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)施前景。

Interpretation of Group Standard of Zhejiang White Tea

Abstract： The group standard 'Zhejiang White Tea Processing Technical Regulations' （T/CTSS 70—2023） was issued on November 8， 2023， and implemented on February 1， 2024. In this article the standard background was introduced， and the main contents such as terminology， fresh leaf requirements and processing technology were interpreted in detail. Besides， we analyzed the practical characteristics of this standard and gave a forecast of its prospects.

白茶屬輕微發(fā)酵茶，以茶樹的芽、葉、嫩莖為原料，經(jīng)萎凋、干燥、揀剔等特定工藝制成[1]。（剩余7147字）
