陳年白茶感官審評(píng)現(xiàn)狀淺析
摘要:近年來(lái)陳年白茶市場(chǎng)火熱,但產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺乏,以次充好現(xiàn)象時(shí)有發(fā)生。文章簡(jiǎn)述了陳年白茶感官審評(píng)的參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn),從實(shí)際工作角度提出福建陳年白茶感官品質(zhì)特征、存在的主要品質(zhì)問(wèn)題以及審評(píng)技巧,以期能進(jìn)一步提升陳年白茶生產(chǎn)、貿(mào)易及評(píng)價(jià)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。

Abstract: In recent years, the aged white tea market is booming, but the product standards are lacking, and the phenomenon of shoddy white tea has occurred from time to time. The article briefly described the reference standards for sensory evaluation of aged white tea, and proposed the sensory quality characteristics, existing problems and evaluation techniques of aged white tea in Fujian from the perspective of practical work, in order to improve the accuracy of aged white tea trade and communication, promote further standardization of aged white tea.
