摘要:調(diào)味茶作為一種新式的茶飲,具有飲用便捷、風味協(xié)調(diào)性好、時尚感強等優(yōu)點,受到廣大消費者的追捧。文章綜述了國內(nèi)外調(diào)味茶的研究進展,對產(chǎn)品品類、包裝設計、沖泡方式、品質(zhì)控制等方向展開論述,探討其研究進展以及面臨的問題。

Abstract: As a new type of tea, flavored tea has the advantages of convenient drinking, good flavor coordination
and strong fashion sense, and is sought after by the majority of consumers. This paper reviewed the research
progress of flavored tea at home and abroad, discussed the product category, packaging design brewing method and quality control, and introduced the research progress and problems.
