摘  要：現(xiàn)如今，不計(jì)其數(shù)的視頻軟件撲面而來(lái)，彈幕作為UP主與視頻用戶實(shí)時(shí)互動(dòng)的方式，它不僅提升了社交性和趣味性，更體現(xiàn)了信息的雙向傳遞。正是因?yàn)檫@種“自媒體”式的雙向信息傳播，“彈幕輿論”倒逼社會(huì)治理提質(zhì)。智監(jiān)彈幕寶APP旨在利用大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)視頻軟件行業(yè)的彈幕進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)、處理及推送。

Abstract： Nowadays， innumerable video software is coming. As a way of real-time interaction between UP master and video users， bullet screen not only improves sociality and interest， but also reflects the two-way transmission of information. It is precisely because of this “We Media” two-way information dissemination that “bullet screen public opinion” forces social governance to improve its quality. intelligent monitoring bullet screen APP aims to use big data to monitor， process and push the bullet screen in the video software industry.
