供應(yīng)鏈金融人才需求分析

——基于爬蟲技術(shù)對前程無憂網(wǎng)采集的數(shù)據(jù)分析

摘  要：針對供應(yīng)鏈金融人才的供需矛盾問題，文章采用爬蟲技術(shù)抓取前程無憂網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)，對數(shù)據(jù)進行整理，結(jié)合用Excel表中的數(shù)據(jù)透視圖，從招聘需求、招聘企業(yè)和對應(yīng)聘者要求三個方面進行分析，總結(jié)出供應(yīng)鏈金融職位特征和企業(yè)對供應(yīng)鏈金融人才需求的特點。并據(jù)此對高校、學(xué)生和企業(yè)三方給出了相關(guān)建議。

Abstract： In this paper， we use crawler technology to capture data from 51job. The data is organized and combined with a data perspective chart in an Excel table to analyze from three aspects： Recruitment needs， recruitment enterprises， and corresponding employer requirements. The characteristics of supply chain finance positions and the demand for supply chain finance talents by enterprises are summarized. Based on this， relevant suggestions are given to universities， students， and enterprises.

0  引  言

供應(yīng)鏈金融是一種特定的微觀金融范疇，它既不同于傳統(tǒng)的銀行借貸，也有別于風(fēng)險投資等其他形態(tài)的金融活動，它是一種立足于產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈，根據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈運營中商流、物流和信息流，針對供應(yīng)鏈參與者而展開的綜合性金融活動[1]。（剩余4640字）
