國(guó)內(nèi)外直升機(jī)民用航空商業(yè)運(yùn)輸運(yùn)行規(guī)章現(xiàn)狀
摘 要:我國(guó)在直升機(jī)民用航空商業(yè)運(yùn)輸方面一直缺少完整統(tǒng)一的運(yùn)行規(guī)章。因此,民航局于2022年1月頒布了新修訂的規(guī)章《小型商業(yè)運(yùn)輸和空中游覽運(yùn)營(yíng)人運(yùn)行合格審定規(guī)則》(CCAR-135R3),于同年7月正式施行。針對(duì)新規(guī)章中的直升機(jī)運(yùn)行部分,研究梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)運(yùn)行規(guī)章的發(fā)展與現(xiàn)狀。

Abstract: China has been lacking complete and unified operating regulations in the aspect of helicopter commercial air transportation of civil aviation. Therefore, CAAC promulgated the newly revised regulation CCAR-135R3 in January 2022, and it came into effect in July of the same year. For the helicopter operation part of the new regulations, the development and status of relevant domestic and foreign operation regulations are studied and sorted out.
