加強(qiáng)高等學(xué)校校園食堂管理
摘 要:校園食品安全事件的發(fā)生極易引發(fā)全社會的共同關(guān)注,危害師生健康的同時(shí),不利于校園和社會的和諧穩(wěn)定?;诖耍疚膹母叩葘W(xué)校校園食堂存在的問題著手,從食品原材料的采購和加工、服務(wù)、衛(wèi)生等多方面進(jìn)行分析,以期加強(qiáng)高等學(xué)校校園食堂管理,消除食品安全隱患,保障校園食品安全。

Strengthening the Management of Campus Canteens in Higher Education Institutions

Abstract: The occurrence of food safety incidents on campus is highly likely to trigger common concern of the whole society, endangering the health of teachers and students while not conducive to the harmony and stability of the campus and society. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems of campus cafeterias in higher education institutions from various aspects such as procurement and processing of food raw materials, service and hygiene, in order to strengthen the management of campus cafeterias in higher education institutions, eliminate food safety hazards and ensure campus food safety.
