摘 要：隨著數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)深度融合，數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型成為企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)越級(jí)飛升的必經(jīng)之路。論文闡釋了實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)與數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念及關(guān)系，簡(jiǎn)述了實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展規(guī)律及數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響，分析了數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性及挑戰(zhàn)，研究了企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的方式及路徑，最后給出了企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)對(duì)策及建議。

Abstract： Nowadays with the deep integration of digital economy and real economy， implementing digital transformation has become an irresistible path of upgrading and updating for enterprises. This article introduces the concept and relationship between digital economy and real economy， investigates the laws that underlie the development of real economy and the impacts exerted by digital economy， analyzes the necessity and difficulty of enterprise digital transformation， discusses the way and method of enterprise digital transformation and proposes the relevant solutions and suggestions at the end of this article.
