pVTt法臨界流噴嘴檢定系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】本文介紹了一種基于pVTt法對(duì)臨界流文丘里噴嘴進(jìn)行標(biāo)定的系統(tǒng)裝置,重點(diǎn)分析了該裝置的工作原理、系統(tǒng)組成、自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、軟件功能模塊,并通過(guò)量值比對(duì)方法對(duì)裝置準(zhǔn)確性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證的過(guò)程。該裝置創(chuàng)新性地采用負(fù)壓技術(shù)來(lái)構(gòu)建臨界流系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度、高穩(wěn)定性的流量測(cè)量與標(biāo)定。

Implementation of pVTt Method Critical Flow Nozzle Calibration System

Abstract: This paper introduces a system device for calibrating critical flow venturi nozzles based on the pVTt method, focusing on the analysis of the working principle of the device, system composition, design of the automatic control system, software function modules, and the process of verifying the accuracy of the device through the method of value comparison. This device innovatively adopts negative pressure technology to construct a critical flow system, in order to achieve high-precision and high-stability flow measurement and calibration.

隨著國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)能源計(jì)量準(zhǔn)確性要求的提高,氣體流量計(jì)量的重要性日益凸顯,相關(guān)的流量計(jì)檢定系統(tǒng)也隨之增多,其中以臨界流噴嘴為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器的檢定裝置在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中越來(lái)越廣泛。(剩余2436字)
