某重型牽引車(chē)擋泥板怠速抖動(dòng)改善

摘 要:針對(duì)某重型牽引車(chē)怠速擋泥板抖動(dòng)問(wèn)題,首先進(jìn)行怠速振動(dòng)測(cè)試和模態(tài)試驗(yàn)識(shí)別振動(dòng)原因,然后通過(guò)有限元的模態(tài)和頻響分析對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行解析,為拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化提供改善方向。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)車(chē)驗(yàn)證,優(yōu)化方案效果明顯。同時(shí)提出RSS值評(píng)價(jià)法,讓主觀評(píng)價(jià)維度更加全面,更好反應(yīng)主客觀關(guān)聯(lián)性。

Improvement on Idle Vibration of Heavy-duty Commerical Vehicle Fender

Abstract: Aiming at the vibration problem of the fender of a heavy tractor at idle speed, the causes of vibration are identified by idle vibration test and modal test, and then the structural vibration problem is analyzed by finite element modal and frequency response analysis, which provides an improvement direction for the topology optimization of the fender structure. After real vehicle verification, the optimization scheme has obvious effect. At the same time, the RSS value analysis method of objective data is proposed, which enhances the consistency of subjective and objective evaluation.
