基于仿真的某電動商用車改型方案后碰變形設(shè)計優(yōu)化

摘 要:乘用車后碰撞燃油系統(tǒng)安全要求(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)草案)[1]相對現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB20072-2006[2],對車輛后碰撞性能要求更加嚴(yán)格。本文根據(jù)該強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(草案),利用有限元分析方法,分析了某電動商用車改型案例的燃油系統(tǒng)安全性,并提出解決方案。

Optimization of Rear Impact Deformation Design for a Modified Electric Commercial Vehicle Based on Simulation

Abstract: The safety requirements for rear collision fuel systems of passenger cars (draft standard)[1] are more stringent than the current standard GB20072-2006[2] in terms of vehicle rear collision performance requirements.In this paper,the fuel system safety of a modified development case of an electric commercial vehicle has been analyzed by using finite element analysis method based on the mandatory standard (draft), and the solution has been proposed.
