一種FDZ型防振錘線夾結(jié)構(gòu)改進措施

摘  要:針對架空輸電線路用防振錘滑移進行原因分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)線夾結(jié)構(gòu)不合理是問題產(chǎn)生的主要原因。該文提出將防振錘線夾線槽設(shè)計成多紋加涂層型,以增大線夾與導(dǎo)線之間的摩擦力,經(jīng)試驗,結(jié)構(gòu)改進設(shè)計提高防振錘的滑移荷載。

Abstract: The cause of the slip of the anti-vibration hammer used in overhead transmission lines was analyzed, and it was found that the unreasonable structure of the cable clamp was the main cause of the problem. In this paper, it is proposed to design the wire groove of the anti-vibration hammer clip into a multi-pattern and coated type to increase the friction between the wire clip and the wire. After testing, the structural improvement design increases the sliding load of the anti-vibration hammer.

架空輸電線路的導(dǎo)、地線在受到穩(wěn)定且不大的微風(風速0.5~6 m/s)作用時,導(dǎo)線背風面將產(chǎn)生以一定頻率上下交替變化的氣流旋渦,該氣流旋渦使架空線受到上下交變的脈沖力作用。(剩余6043字)
