硅烷前處理在線自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

摘 要:針對(duì)涂裝前處理對(duì)質(zhì)量、效率、環(huán)保及節(jié)能要求的不斷提升,該文提出一種硅烷前處理在線自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案。實(shí)踐表明,該系統(tǒng)結(jié)合自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)及加藥系統(tǒng),通過數(shù)據(jù)分析和存儲(chǔ)、動(dòng)態(tài)優(yōu)化等功能,提高前處理生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理的精度和效率,達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)保效益的同步提升。

Abstract: In response to the continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, environmental protection, and energy-saving requirements for pre-treatment of coatings, this paper proposes a design scheme for an online automatic monitoring system for silane pre-treatment. Practice has shown that the system, based on automatic monitoring and dosing systems, improves the accuracy and efficiency of pre-treatment production quality management through functions such as data analysis and storage, dynamic optimization, and achieves synchronous improvement of economic and environmental benefits.

涂裝前處理作為涂裝工藝的基礎(chǔ)工序,是指在涂裝前采用化學(xué)處理的方法在金屬表面形成保護(hù)層,增加工件表面的粗糙度,提高和后續(xù)涂層的結(jié)合力,避免工件在涂覆前短暫的時(shí)間內(nèi)返銹,確保涂層能夠牢固地附著在金屬表面[1]。(剩余4751字)
