敘事護(hù)理聯(lián)合共情護(hù)理在中老年腦梗死患者康復(fù)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】目的：探討敘事護(hù)理聯(lián)合共情護(hù)理在中老年腦梗死患者康復(fù)中的應(yīng)用。方法：選取2020年1月—2022年12月本院收治的中老年腦梗死患者97例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組與觀察組，對(duì)照組49例，觀察組48例。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組在常規(guī)護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)上給予敘事護(hù)理聯(lián)合共情護(hù)理。比較兩組心理狀態(tài)和生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，觀察組心理狀態(tài)評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P
