神經(jīng)根型頸椎病在臨床中具有較高的患病率，該疾病致病因素較多，如創(chuàng)傷性關(guān)節(jié)炎、后方骨關(guān)節(jié)骨質(zhì)增生以及髓核的突出或者脫落等，引起相鄰三個關(guān)節(jié)移位或者松動，使得神經(jīng)根受到刺激或者壓迫，進(jìn)而出現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的疾病癥狀，患者多存在頸部活動受限、上肢肌力減弱，嚴(yán)重影響了生活質(zhì)量[1]。（剩余4111字）
