中醫(yī)護(hù)理干預(yù)對重癥胰腺炎患者心理狀態(tài)與并發(fā)癥的影響

【摘要】 目的：探究重癥胰腺炎患者實(shí)施中醫(yī)護(hù)理干預(yù)后的心理狀況及并發(fā)癥情況。方法：選取2019年7月—2021年12月在甘肅省蘭州市榆中縣三角城衛(wèi)生院接受治療的重癥胰腺炎患者100例，隨機(jī)分為兩組（研究組采用中醫(yī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，對照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)），每組50例患者，比較兩組患者心理狀態(tài)及并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果：護(hù)理前，兩組患者的心理狀況比較無差異（P>0.05）；護(hù)理后，兩組患者的心理狀況均有所改善，其中研究組患者的改善效果優(yōu)于對照組（P

Influence of nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on mental state and complications of patients with severe pancreatitis

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the psychological status and complications of patients with severe pancreatitis after the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.Methods：A total of 100 patients with severe pancreatitis who received treatment in Sanjiaocheng Health Center，Yuzhong County，Lanzhou City，Gansu from July 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups （the study group received TCM nursing intervention，and the control group received routine nursing intervention），with 50 patients in each group.The mental state and complications of the two groups were compared.Results：There was no difference in the psychological status of the two groups of patients before nursing （P>0.05）；The psychological status of the two groups of patients after nursing improved， the improvement effect of the study group was better than that of the control group （P
