【摘要】目的：探討直出綠激光在前列腺增生汽化剜除術(shù)中的臨床療效。方法：將納入研究病例隨機(jī)分為綠激光組和等離子組，分別采用直出綠激光和等離子行經(jīng)尿道前列腺汽化剜除術(shù)，觀察兩組手術(shù)的有效性、安全性指標(biāo)及并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果：兩組患者的手術(shù)時(shí)間及切除組織重量比較無(wú)顯著性差異（P>0.05）；兩組術(shù)后膀胱沖洗時(shí)間以及術(shù)后疼痛評(píng)分比較差異顯著（P
