【摘要】目的：探討早期腸內營養(yǎng)護理在腦外傷昏迷患者中的效果。方法：研究時間段為2021年11月—2022年11月，研究對象是60例腦外傷昏迷患者。以隨機數字表法分成對照組（常規(guī)營養(yǎng)護理）與觀察組（早期腸內營養(yǎng)護理）。就營養(yǎng)指標、并發(fā)癥及滿意度展開觀察。結果：干預前，兩組白蛋白值、轉鐵蛋白值及前白蛋白值比較均不存在大的差異，P>0.05；干預后，兩組白蛋白值、轉鐵蛋白值及前白蛋白值均出現了上升趨勢，但觀察組上升幅度更大，P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition nursing in coma patients with brain injury.Methods：The study period was from November 2021 to November 2022，the subjects were 60 comatose patients with traumatic brain injury.They were divided into the control group （routine nutrition nursing） and the observation group （early enteral nutrition nursing）using a random number table method.The nutritional indicators，complications and satisfaction were observed.Results：Before intervention，there was no significant difference in albumin，transferrin and prealbumin between the two groups （P>0.05）；After intervention，the albumin value，transferrin value and prealbumin value of the two groups all showed an upward trend，but the increase in the observation group was even greater，P
