【摘要】目的：觀察半夏瀉心湯加減治療胃痞病的療效。方法：選取我院2021年10月—2022年11月期間收治的74例胃痞病患者，隨機分為治療組與參照組，各37例。參照組給予常規(guī)西藥治療，治療組給予半夏瀉心湯加減治療。對比兩組的癥狀積分、治療效果和不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果：治療組治療后癥狀積分及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率均低于參照組，總有效率高于參照組（P
